Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds
Clear information about Herbilous Plus pricing, automatic renewal, cancellation and Australian Consumer Law rights.
Effective: 1 September 2026 · Last updated: 1 September 2026
Herbilous Plus renews automatically until cancelled. Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
1. Operator and contact
Herbilous is operated by Karen Keelan, ABN 99 735 948 644, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Billing, cancellation and refund enquiries: info@wholesomepress.com.
2. Plans and prices
The current advertised Herbilous Plus options are A$5.99 per month and A$49 per year. The Stripe checkout page displays the final price, billing interval and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. Promotional prices or codes may have additional clearly disclosed conditions.
3. Automatic renewal
By purchasing a plan, you authorise Stripe to charge the selected payment method at the start of each billing period until cancellation. Renewal ordinarily occurs on the corresponding monthly or yearly date shown in your billing information.
If payment fails, Stripe may retry payment and Plus access may be restricted while the subscription is unpaid or past due.
4. How to cancel
Signed-in Plus members can use Manage subscription in the Herbilous account panel to open Stripe’s secure billing portal. You may also email info@wholesomepress.com from the address connected to your account.
Cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; Plus access ordinarily remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app, closing a browser tab or stopping use does not itself cancel a subscription.
5. Change-of-mind requests
We do not ordinarily provide a refund merely because a member changed their mind after receiving access for a billing period. However, we will consider prompt requests fairly, including accidental duplicate purchases or an obvious mistaken renewal. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Consumer guarantees and service problems
Herbilous services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded where the Australian Consumer Law applies. If a paid service has a major failure, cannot be supplied, is materially different from what was promised or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to cancellation, refund or another remedy. The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances.
Contact us with your account email, charge date, amount and a description of the problem. Do not send complete payment-card details.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. We aim to initiate an approved refund promptly; banks and payment networks may take additional business days to display it. We will confirm the outcome by email.
8. Price changes
We may change prices prospectively. Existing paid members will receive reasonable notice before a higher price applies to a future renewal and may cancel before that renewal. A price change does not retrospectively alter a completed billing period.
9. Account deletion
Requesting account deletion does not automatically create a refund. If a paid subscription exists, tell us whether you also want future renewals cancelled. We will explain any records that must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal requirements.
