What to include

• Account support: the email address connected to your Herbilous account.
• Billing: charge date and amount, but never your complete card number.
• Privacy request: whether you want access, correction or deletion.
• Content correction: the herb or page, disputed wording and a reliable supporting source.
• Safety concern: enough detail to identify the content. Herbilous support cannot provide emergency or individual medical advice.

Response times

We aim to acknowledge ordinary support and billing enquiries within five business days. Privacy complaints will be acknowledged and we aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer, but we will keep you informed.
