No part of Herbilous—including its original written content, herb profiles, compilations, tables, preparation guides, glossary entries, calculators, tools, graphics, branding, page designs or database structure—may be reproduced, republished, distributed, adapted, uploaded to another service or used commercially without prior written permission from Karen Keelan, the founder, creator and owner of Herbilous, except where permitted by law.
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the original expression, selection, organisation and presentation of material on herbilous.com are owned by Karen Keelan and Herbilous. Herbilous names, logos and distinctive branding must not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or authorship without written approval.
References, quotations, plant names, established scientific facts and traditional knowledge may belong to their respective authors, publishers, communities or the public domain. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership to Herbilous. Third-party material remains the property of its respective rights holder.
Personal use
You may view Herbilous and make ordinary personal notes for private study. Access to free or paid content does not transfer copyright or grant a licence to copy the material into another website, app, course, book, handout, database, social-media account, artificial-intelligence dataset or commercial product.
No permission to create another app
You must not copy, extract, scrape, download in bulk, closely reproduce or adapt Herbilous content, herb profiles, data selection, tools, calculations, page structure or other original material to create, train, populate or promote another digital product. This includes mobile apps, web apps, subscription services and products submitted to the Apple App Store, Google Play or any other software marketplace.
Changing the wording, format, branding or delivery platform does not create permission to reproduce a substantial part of Herbilous or an original compilation drawn from it. No licence to build a competing or derivative product is granted without Karen Keelan’s prior written approval.
Quoting and attribution
A short, properly attributed quotation may be used where allowed by Australian copyright law. It must be credited to Herbilous and include a link to https://herbilous.com. Attribution does not by itself authorise substantial copying, republication or commercial use.
Written permission
To request permission, email info@wholesomepress.com before using the material. Please identify the exact content, how it will be used, where it will appear, the intended audience and whether the proposed use is commercial.
Permission is valid only when provided in writing by Karen Keelan or an authorised representative of Herbilous, and may be subject to attribution, scope, duration or other conditions.
Reporting unauthorised use
If you believe Herbilous material has been copied or republished without permission, please send the relevant link or evidence to info@wholesomepress.com.
